Subscribed as a supporter a week ago, but now I no longer have supporter status

Or access to Dynamic lighting, or any of the other benefits. As far as I'm aware, I've never cancelled my subscription, and I know it went through, because I still see the charge on my card. I'm not sure how I can get this straightened out. Can anyone point me to what I need to do? I'd rather not attempt to resubscribe and end up with two 4.99 charges on my card.
