Can I use a Google Map as a Background Layer

Hey guys, I'm new to these forums so I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question.

Anyway, I'm putting together a Shadowrun game and want to have a map whose background is linked to a Shadowrun google map of Seattle. I don't need to have the map work as it would if I was actually on the website, but there are occasional updates to the map and it would be great if I could insert the URL of the map and have it display the most current version whenever I load the map/game. Is there a way to do this? Or do I just need to do a screen capture of the image and use that?

Thanks,
Joe

Nope. Do a screen cap. Or just google up a map of Seattle for Shadowrun.

I often use captures of Google maps, then add tokens for cities, features etc.

I've used a screenshot from Google Maps of NY's Central Park before. It works reasonably enough.
Cool, thanks for the replies guys. Screen Caps it is. Thanks again for clearing that up.
