Pasting jpegs in GM Notes.

when I create a token of say a Shambling mound, I would really like a way to cut and paste the stat block from the PDF to the token GM info area. sometimes I can just copy and paste the text but other times I cant. I tried making a clip of the statblock as a jpeg or gif but im not able to place it in the GM info section. Is there a way to make it possible to post jpegs to the token GM info area? Basically I would love an "insert image" feature in the GM notes section of a token.

At this time that is not possible. There are only two image locations on a sheet. One is the avatar image and the other is a token image. Depending on the pdf and how it is created is the reason for the inability to copy and paste your info from it. Some pdfs allow it and others are locked.

I believe there is a Suggestion on the suggestions forum that is related, one that asks for ability to put multiple images / layouts / pages in handouts. It's not the identical suggestion as your request (being able to put an image in the GM Notes section). You could add your comment on that other suggestion (if someone can find it) or make a new Suggestion for what you asked. It seems like a good feature request. If I find that related suggestion I'll come back and link to it here later.

Not exactly what you are looking for, but, associate a sheet to the token and use Shift+double-click on the token and paste your text and/or image into the Bio & Info section of the journal/character sheet. Shift+double-click token to bring up the statblock info and image anytime.
Actually you can paste images into tokens. It just has to be copied from a browser window first and be available via the internet. So you can't open a file locally, but if it is on a webpage, you can right click on the image, copy image, and then hit ctrl + v inside the GM Notes on the token. You can add multiple images to any text box in tokens, character sheets, and handouts that way.

Cool trick HB. Thanks. Just hope the host doesn't swap images... :-)
You can always upload it to a handout and do the same trick.
