LF 1 to fill in 3.5, Long-term Open World Frostburn Campaign

Edited 1418936074
Currently looking for 1 more to replace one of our players that's had to dip after a few sessions of play (nothing major accomplished yet). LF Frontline, pref [Melee focused]Cleric, Warblade, Crusader, Etc. Current party: Druid, Swordsage, Sorcerer. First of all, the basics: - Current playtimes: After 4pm MST, any day, your schedule will dictate. - Total party size of 4, will decide schedules based upon your availability, playing at least once a week. - The world is entirely homebrew though based on the Frostburn book, and any WOTC book is allowed (Tome of Battle, Book of Vile Darkness, even Dragon Magazine material as long as it goes through me first for the OK). - This will be a very high-power campaign, and the players will very likely die if they make the wrong choices in the wrong situation. If you choose to go to an area which I've planned to be far above your level and rush in without any planning or scouting, do not expect any sympathy when that Lich TPK's. Though, I won't be too harsh, you'll have warnings beforehand and chances to escape (to a point) if you're in over your head. - Powergaming is encouraged to a certain point . If you're a Venerable Dragonwrought Kobold or have to draw material for 20 different books, you're going to have a bad time. - I'm extremely open to player suggestion and love to hear feedback and ideas from my players as to what they're looking for in a campaign. A good character background and motivation makes my job a thousand times easier and provides a lot more immersion. - Will fill you in on your characters knowledge of the world in the interview. - You will be joining @ level 4 - 36 Pointbuy, please have a character concept in mind to pitch to me in your interview via skype. Additionally, each character will be allowed the use of a Background Trait from this list: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1349427/character-background-traits/#post-1349427 Skype will be used for voice, and is required for an interview to be considered, so send me an add @ Hayes.grady.m (image of a grey cat).
I'm interested in this, thinking probably a war blade. Idk if you want me to pitch you a character concept now or just save it for the interview? As for me, I'm a pretty easy going player, while most of my rpg experience is with pathfinder, I have played some 3.5 before. I don't really munchkin/minmax, but I do build my characters to be effective, you don't have to worry about anything crazy or game breaking from me. I enjoy role play but still not the best at it. I'm 21 years old and looking to play on Thursdays after 6:00pm EDT. Let me know if your interested.
I'm interested as well. I would look to play a cleric and fluctuate between front lining and buffing. I'm not aiming to break the game, but I do like to keep some high power stuff under my belt in case things go sour. I like to keep things tasteful. I'm not entirely sure what else to say, so feel free to ask me stuffs.
Bump
I wouldn't mind popping in to play if your still looking for players. I'll add you if your down.
