Same guy shows multiple times

Submitting for one of my players and myself. He logged in twice and is showing up on my players list twice under the same name. However, he can only see stuff assigned to one of the listed names. Here's his set up Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 Web Browser Chrome 20.0.1132.47 Browser Size 1232 x 637 IP Address 97.88.164.203 Color Depth 32 Javascript Yes Flash Version 11.3.300 Cookies Yes User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/536.11 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/20.0.1132.47 Safari/536.11

If it helps he says he closed the tab and then clicked on the link again within a minute or so in order to get multiple log ins.

Thanks for the info, we'll pass it along.
