all of he zombie games i've seen are from established publishers like fantasy flight. people find them because they use another product from the same publisher which is far more popular. at least that's the big one on the board right now. I ran a great science fantasy space opera game, other things happen you haven't even been trolling the boards a full week yet, five it a few months games end games and start new things in cycles. what you are seeing right now, Star wars, Fate pathfinder D&D, and Warhammer... this is a good idea of what's most popular on the sight. there are others though that pop up from time to time, just just aren't available to find constantly. Additionally DR is a better larp than it is a tabletop, while teh combat system really does a good job of what it set out to do, it doesn't handle enough varieties of complex gaming to make it a great mini game. While the setting is unique and fun so are most zombie or post apocalyptic games, like gamma world that has had a following for nearly 20 years. DR doesn't immediately set itself apart from other zombie or post apocalyptic games. over time it might, but it just is not very popular yet. Also i've only really seen people in the north west of the US play it. That's where most of the games happen, and that's where the creators are from, and that's where the larp was born. This website on the other hand is international. DR is just a little too new. you want more people to know about it, then you should run it here, and do more advertising for it!
