Your first memory is yourself choking in darkness, your hands and feet are chained making movement difficult. As your eyes start to focus you see the back of a person standing in front of you there hair is matted and dirty, there dressed in rags and chained to you. Realization starts to come to you that you’re deep underground and chained together with others. A dark and descending tunnel is before you and rubble to your rear. In the rubble you see the bloody remains of a pack animal its gear and intestines spread over the cavern floor, to its left is a strange dead humanoid with a tentacle face. Your only source of light is a small red gem lying in the rubble.. Who are you, How did you get here and How will you survive….. Lost in the Underdark 1. Must be able to play any type of class. (because you dont know who you are). 2. Thinking a must.. (its hard enough to survive underground now youve lost your memory and are chained to stangers). 3. What would YOU really do in this situation. 4. Friday nights about twice a month (could be Saturday nights) around 1900 Central. 5. Newbies all ways welcome. 6. At least 1 choice you will have will be the race of your character (out of the survivors) there are. MALE ELF 1, MALE ELF 2, MALE ELF 3, MALE DWARF, MALE GNOME, FEMALE HUMAN, MALE HUMAN, MALE 1/2 ORC, MALE DROW, FEMALE HUMAN 2.. (Warning I am tricky what you want you may not want, and what you dont want you may. ) They all have a trait or what not that makes them needed..
I'm interested as the game seems interesting. 10 characters to chose from. rolled a 1d 10 and roll a 6. Female Human. If you would like a second roll I rolled a 2, Male Elf.

Games 1 and 2 with a little from our facebook group.. After awakening deep in the underdark the 10 survivors began to survey the surrounding area and to their horror notice another 8 did not survive the cave-in. After calls and shouts for help the party realized that that was not a good ideal and settled down to a quit search for any equipment to help them in their survival. Then the group heads off in the only direction they can. Deeper into the dark. After a long and tedious journey the tunnel suddenly ends filled in water. A long debate ends in the realization that many cannot swim so the party grasps the slippery edges of the wall and continues. Noticing that the deep water has a strong enough current to pull them to their death, desperation hits them and they scramble on hoping that it will subside.( <a href="http://prntscr.com/5wgqv5" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/5wgqv5</a> ) Soon though it slopes up and their drenched, filthy, starving self’s are rewarded as the tunnel dries and they continue on only to stumble into a Drow patrol, luckily Intelligence reigns and the group reluctantly heads back to the deep water and a side tunnel they have seen. Heading up a northern trail the tunnel splits off into 3 sections but each are deadly. Our heroic party flees in terror and watches as one of their blunders into the path of a raging insect horde, narrowly escaping the group flees down another tunnel only to have it dead end. Searching desperately the group sees red light coming from a crack in the wall and digs and tears frantically to widen the crack to get through. Our blundering but caring paladin enters first and immediately starts to attack the red lights which happen to be fire beetles ( <a href="http://prntscr.com/5wgrft" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/5wgrft</a> ) the ruckus leads to a female human suddenly appearing and ceasing the battle. The group then notices that they are in a large cavern filled with a mushroom forest and the female is a Underdark druid with a secretive past.. The druid helps the group recover their lost memory and after a week the group is ready to go. But during that week many strange things happen the druid meets with a faceless drow and certain “items” are exchanged. Two days later the druid is in a frantic state as she prepares her forest for attack the following day a Drow patrol arrives and all hell breaks out leaving the forest scorched but the only casualties were 4 drow which the druid feeds to her pet worm (purple) slinky dink. The surviving female drow flees leaving the only excitement to one of their own who jumps off a mushroom and into worm poop and starts making poop angels. The group staying in the mushroom forest (<a href="http://prntscr.com/5wgvx6" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/5wgvx6</a> ) now rested and with their memorys mostly restored wonders about their situation when a noise from above scatters the frizzled group that soon returns and finds a mysterious scroll lying on the ground.(<a href="http://prntscr.com/5wgyph" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/5wgyph</a> ) Translating the note it reads ( Flow like the river and befriend the cute dogs South but do not stray for if you wait to long you will become prey Down the grand tunnel as quick as a flash but beware the Great Eye before you dash To the great dwarven hall and room of red up you go then and south before you are dead..The note seems to give them advice on their adventures and with the druids help and bits of supplys she has the group sets off..Flowing like a river the group follows the tunnel making sure not to branch off as the note said. At the end of the tunnel is a large cavern filled with torches our blundering paladin charges in to the cavern creating way too much noise and is soon surrounded by hordes of koblolds, his aggresive nature soon leads to his death as hundreds of small spears pierce his body. ( <a href="http://prntscr.com/5wh2v7" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/5wh2v7</a> ) The rest of the group shocked at their leaders death scatters to the wind with some fleeing, some tying to hide and some looking to help. One brave soul flees to where the kobold children are and their screams bring many kobolds running in fear for his life this cleric cast speak with animals and frantically tries to calm them. Another tries to hide in the dark but is seen by some and appears as frightened as they are of him, another just runs screaming off back down the tunnel with kobolds hot on his trail. Our bewildered 1/2 orc kills one and is pummled to the ground. ( <a href="http://prntscr.com/5wh2v7" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/5wh2v7</a> ) Comes to find out the kobolds are afraid of the dark and the survivng group heads back to the druid with their dead in tow.

The party last night consisted of a gnome thief, drow fi/mu, 1/2 elf fi/mu and the 1/2 orc fighter.. They befriended the Cute dogs (kobolds) by not pissing them off and giving them the light (continual light stones they created) they so desperatly desired (the king kobold is afraid of the dark) and even talk him into making 3 of his best warriors to go along. After a few hours of partying their note says to ((South but do not stray if you wait too long you will become prey)) So they head down south and after hearing scurring nosies they deside to look west and are attack by rabid hords of starving rats. <a href="http://prntscr.com/64vdix" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/64vdix</a> (AND THE CRITS WERE FLOWING) by the 3rd round the 1/2 had all ready lost his left eye, left nutt, and middle finger on one of his hands and by the time his right cheek was ripped off he ran back up north past the koblds all the way to their safe place with the druid and taking the 1/2 orc with him (PARTY SPLIT) the Others ran off south still following the note. The 2 continued south and were attacked by centerpedes and spiders. <a href="http://prntscr.com/64vrrt" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/64vrrt</a> <a href="http://prntscr.com/64vmhu" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/64vmhu</a> they saw a dim red light off to their west and noticed an large tunnel with tiled floors going north and south, to the south they seen a bright red room. (Down the great tunnel as quick as a flash but beware the Great eye before you dash) so they just walked out into the hallway and started heading north, hearing a great roar they look down south into the red room and see a large beholder heading there way, so they run down small tunnels to the west to get away and can hear it circling around them...

With the lone dwarven cleric closing on the group. He ran into the elf that was running back to the druid for safety with the 1/2 orc in tow. He heals the elf but in his frenzy still runs away, So the dwarf takes the 1/2 orc and trys to find the rest of the group. Wisely paying attention to the note they have he runs down the tunnels and is attacked by a centirpede and promply kills it with a flame strike, that alerts the drow in their party to investigate and the group is back together little did they know that the human female had been following the dwarf and the party now consist of the drow fi/mu, dwarven cleric, 1/2 orc fighter and human psionicist .. They come into a large dwarven hall right in the middle of the underdark and take the stairs up they stand in awe of the enormity and eerie red glow that encompasses the whole room. <a href="http://prntscr.com/6aqw0i" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/6aqw0i</a> There greed soon takes over as they notice the room is light by magical red sapphires on golden staves and try to take one. Soon they are attacked by Stone golems on wheels and the chase begins. <a href="http://prntscr.com/6ar3f5" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/6ar3f5</a> 2 are ran over and one even becomes a skid mark as it gets caught underneath and our groups flees to the south "as the note said" and enters a grand weapons room. A dwarven ghost appears dressed in a apron and carries a ledger and quill and invites them to take 1 weapon of there choosing (and of course the dwarven cleric gets greedy and trys to take 2 and is attacked by the ghost) the drow leaves a spear she had found and is allowed to take another weapon. the group checks the area for the golems and heads back to the druid (and takes a different route getting lost). <a href="http://prntscr.com/6as7ur" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/6as7ur</a> . Running out of time our group sprints down the tunnels strangling on there slave collars and barely make it back to the safety of the druid..

The Group consisting of the Dwarven Cleric , Human Druid, Human Psionisist, 1/2 Elven Cleric/Mage and there true friend the 1/2 Orc Fighter headed off back to the Armory so the Elf and Druid can retrieve a weapon. Along the way there Allies the Kobolds that are affraid of the dark were being attacked by Wolf Spiders so they decided to help. <a href="http://prntscr.com/6ghc6z" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/6ghc6z</a> The attack left the kobolds with only 30% left of there clan and were greatful for the help. They made it to the armory with out much trouble and by passed the beholder.. <a href="http://prntscr.com/6ghw61" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/6ghw61</a> <a href="http://prntscr.com/6gi12r" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/6gi12r</a> They asked again the ghost if it new of an place to get armor so the ghost told them Head north to Water then head East so after heading north they heard were attacked by a giant lizard <a href="http://prntscr.com/6gikbk" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/6gikbk</a> and wished to search inside the lizard but only had blunt weapons.. let the fun begin. <a href="http://prntscr.com/6gix01" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/6gix01</a> travelling north they heard the sounds of running water and found a well filled with water but the water was coming from a dead end ?? Searching they found a secret door and opened it (Whoosh) the pressurized water behind the door flooded them back down the hallway. Inside the complex they found a blotted body and a strange decanter shooting water out after about an hour trying to catch the dam thing the not so inteligent 1/2 orc caught the decanter and took it to the party and ended up shooting them in the face many times. Being drenched the followed a tunnel north and ran into a rust monster (Since the group still had there slave collars on they rushed the monster in hope of getting the rust monster to eat there collars (we had a group trying to molest a rust monster) <a href="http://prntscr.com/6gj583" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/6gj583</a> following the Tunnel they came to stairs leading down into a large underground ocean, most cant swim so there hanging onto the wall and searching the ledges. <a href="http://prntscr.com/6gnc0t" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/6gnc0t</a>

The group left off last time with the Dwarf and the Psionisist clinging to the wall in the underground sea. when a noise from behind them got there attention. <a href="http://prntscr.com/6pajsz" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/6pajsz</a> up from the depth a large octopus attacks an turtle and the two flee as fast as possible to get out of the water.. The other half of the party had noticed a secret door in the tunnel and proceeded inside the gnome fell into a trap and had to be rescued by the 1/2 elf strange thing was that they had to go through the floor of the trap which sent them to another tunnel with a scary screaming creature charged them they were pulled out right in the nick of time. The secret door led them to a room with Karasan <a href="http://prntscr.com/6pa2ke" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/6pa2ke</a> an orc female orc who was a bit on the strict side about getting her house dirty and demanded that they wash before entering her house. The smell of good food was overwhelming and the group reluctantly decided to wash in the strange room covered in metal that looked like an oven. Karasan was horrified at their apparel and gave them what clothing was left behind in the years she has been there <a href="http://prntscr.com/6pafb8" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/6pafb8</a> and the party has clothing now. Karasan told them about others that have came and never came back and let them have the equipment that was left. After good food and some supplys a group of 4 went out to survey their surroundings. The group of 5 (1/2 orc, 2 1/2 elf, drow and human druid headed back south and east finding the smell of death and dirt appealing they came to an area and awoke the dead. <a href="http://prntscr.com/6pfil7" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/6pfil7</a> realizing the bars were not strong enough for the hoard of undead and having no cleric they decided to head back west. and during there fleeing the party split and well you know what happens. <a href="http://prntscr.com/6pbifc" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/6pbifc</a> the 1/2 elf was attacked by large jumping spiders and the fight was on but the rest of the party was about 3 rounds behind the 1/2 decided AFTER the first round he may need help and screamed like a little girl. The rest of the group ran to help remembering that there 1/2 orc fighter only does what they say they told him to RUN and they took off.. Luckly for them they arrived before the death of the 1/2 elf and started to search the area. BUT they forgot about the 1/2 orc and he kept running up they hallway no one noticed but the druid heard a few twangs and the grunt/scream that she recognized as the 1/2 or coming from way up the northern hallway so now the group has to find him..

The Group consisted of the Gnome Thief, Dwarven Cleric, Drow Fighter/Mage, 1/2 Orc Fighter and Human Druid took off from there safe house and skirted the edge of the sea like a small child holds onto the edge of the pool and searches the Dwarven Boat they have found and were attacked by stirges and the fight was on. <a href="http://prntscr.com/735y2m" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/735y2m</a> after the group found the wheel area but didnt search it well, but they only disscovered 3 levers that they pulled 1 sank the boat lower into the water, another opened up lights on the ship and another covered the whole ship in a tarp like shell sealing them in. The Drow remembered that they need Armor to survive down hear and since the Dwarven ship needed about 100 rowers gave them the ideal that they needed to ask the kobolds to come help but she was drown out by the loud mouths of the group and it was soon forgotten. Later the drow yelled for the fighter which echoed through out the cavern they were then soon attacked by a Octopus. The Cleric ran toward the wheel and pulled the third lever which sealed them in but in doing so he was grabbed by the creature and pulled off the boat <a href="http://prntscr.com/736brz" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/736brz</a> and in doing so he dropped his magical hammer (his ONLY possession in the whole world) after things had calmed down he asked the druid to shape shift into some thing that would be able to get the hammer and it was retrieved..

The group consisted of the Dwarven Cleric, Gnome Thief, 1/2 Orc Fighter, Human Druid and the 1/2 Elven Cleric/Mage (with psionics) The Elf was new to the group and had just came from Korisans house (the orc females abode) and was watching the party across the way over by the boat. While watching the elf was accousted by a flying small creature like a pixie that talked too much and said her name was Spee Lunker the curious creature talked a lot but the elf could only stutter back so she flew off when the others got too close . The Dwarf told the elf to dress for the adventure and come on skirting the edge of the Sea like a child does in a swimming pool (not telling him about the creatures they have seen in there its just better that way :) ) Luckly nothing happened but when the dwarf did the same thing he was followed by a 20 snake. <a href="http://prntscr.com/78axee" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/78axee</a> He causiously continued on and made it to the dock. Moving south the gnome almost ran in to a gelatiounous cube but seen it right before wandering into it the group has no fire of any sort so took another hall way. Following the strange voices in his head the Elf made the group follow him and ended up back out to the seas edge but when he tried to swing the small little gnome around to get in front TOSSED him out into the deep that action brought a large crab up to investigate. <a href="http://prntscr.com/78balt" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/78balt</a> the gnome not knowing how to swim sank but the quick thinking elf used his mind powers to levitate the gnome up BUT only 1 foot out of the water well within range of the crab as the gnome was about to die the quick thinking Druid case hold animal (and it worked) the gnome quickly pushed away from the crab and was retrieved by the group the Druid casted lightning on the crab blowing it away and in the process killed another 10 that were heading there way <a href="http://prntscr.com/78bfyn" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/78bfyn</a> BUT that noise created more trouble that it was worth as a large Creature came to investigate.. The dwarf went in to a freinzy and with his hat of continual light caught the attention of the creature which decided to eat it. <a href="http://prntscr.com/78bia5" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/78bia5</a> a few rounds later (and the dwarf almost being swallowed whole the elf levitated the hat way up in the air and the group took off running like scaried rats. They found a small boat about there size and quietly rowed East following the wall. The group Rowed for Miles and Miles finding ship wrecks just below the surface, a walled fort that they decided not to try to climb and even some strange dwarven machinery that ended up in a fiascio due to the orc getting lost but getting back to the boat before the others . After another 10 hours of rowing they grew weiry and decided to sleep with out setting a watch and this is what happened <a href="http://prntscr.com/78c7pn" rel="nofollow">http://prntscr.com/78c7pn</a> Now there lost in the Underdark alone in the Sea, a locate object was cast and the group rowed another 9 hours just to find out that they are back where they started...
