UPDATES NOTES Some weapon list / gear list Adds and Damage adjustments - mostly to STUN weapons - New Evanrill GLAAS weapons added. STUN weapons an Armor - Armor is only HALF as effective vs STUN weapons - TOXIC an POISON weapons or damage - Armor is only HALF as effective vs Toxics or Poison weapons - Major rework of the Augmentations an Implants sections again - Addition of AP points or Augmentation Points - AP points cost for all Implants and Augmentations - added - SPIRIT attribute is no longer the base for Augmentation an Implant costs - added - Now AP points base is the cost. Characters start with 10 AP points to purchase Implants or Augmentations. - Spirit attribute now more directly applies to healing, death saves and the critical life saving rolls characters must make. VDS and / or VOID SYNDROME rules added NEURAL OVERLOAD STRESS rules added - both in relation to AP points - and how much Augmentation an Implants a character can take. Dropping the 6+ Target number for Attribute rolls. All rolls should be 5+ target number for success checks now. With a few minor things Death Saves etc being different. Attribute defaulting should still be a negative thing. Attribute power gaming should not be happining GMs. No Skills = No Skills or Unskilled and should be frowned upon. Some minor SKILL LIST reworks - wording edits -wording editing. Should not affect skills. Alot of Faction updates and rewrites / editing - Major Faction updates across the board - added BONUS skills or BONUS skill boost traits and such. Each Faction should have something to make them more special or specialized now. Starship adjustments and rules - starship combat and or damage in regards to Starships - Vehicles and Characters damage scale added for Starships - Capital class starships and in regards to Vehicles and character weapons and damage RESOURCES attribute / stat added. LIFESTYLE is now both RESOURCES and LIFESTYLE - two different things. OTHER _-- WIP -- work in progress WIP ---( i still working to add content for descriptions to Lifestyles and Lifestyles costs etc.) WIP ---VEHICLES - descriptions - I still working to add content for more vehicle descriptions WIP -- MECHA EXO SUITS - descriptions and adds rules adds -- I am working to add and adjust more details and types of power suits and or mecha. Specifically more rules for more Vehicle class mecha and equipment. WIP -- starship descriptions and classes.

thats fine, its mostly melee type or archaic type weapons just fyi. There should be a tech update, and some changes tonight, along with a big exo suit, eva suit, power suit update, and mecha update (not so much mecha) but some new definitions of stuff. Trying to add vehicle descriptions too.
Yeah, I looked in the rulebook. I just figured it would be nice to use them now that the Evanrill got their own kinds of weapons.

A few notes --- I started putting new armor system into use. Hopefully making it less confusing an messy. In regards to EVA Suits, EXO Suits , ExoSkeletons, EVA PODS, and Mecha. I do not have it all added in or adjusted yet, so old rules or gear is still fine, just giving a heads up that some of the stats and descriptions are being more defined and explained and adjusted. This should eliminated some more of the Tech level confusion for gear. As I am slowly changing tech level about stuff. New tech level rules will be something more like- Advanced tech cost x2 base gear or rating Hyper tech cost x4 base gear or rating Advanced will give certain bonus to gear or armor base stats = +1 str +1 agi +50% movement Hyper will give certain bonus to gear or armors base stats = +2 str +2 agi +100% movement Neural link systems can be integrated into armor or mecha instead of behind separate category. They give a new boost of movement, initiative an such. This does not affect weapons or equipment - mostly just mecha an armor currently. Trying to simplify things more - and eliminate alot of extra stats an stuff.
