If you mean switching from the playtest "Next" sheet to the 5E sheet then the answer now is the same as it has always been. Some attributes will carry over to the 5e sheet but many will not. Conflicting attributes cause significant problems when trying to use sheets so i strongly recommend you start new characters and copy over the data you need when moving to the 5e sheet. It's not impossible to just simply switch but nor is it simple and straightforward.....so if you choose to do it you do so at your own risk and without any promises that things will function as you expect.
