Vince, it was never added to the approved.yaml. It has never shown up as a template ever as far as I can tell. Your pull request of adding a preview wasn't going to change that. I've added the reference and the sheet should be available soon.

OK. I was trying to help get the sheet live. I'm not the creator of the sheet, so I didn't really have a clue what stage it was in. I saw that the creator had issues including a screencap. (back in June/July...) I was able to solve that. I appreciate that update. Thanks Steve
