!!! Today's 9th Session Postponed (sick DM)

Sorry guys, I know this is late notice. I thought I'd be able to fight through this sickness (vomited last night, pounding headache) and get everything prepped in time. But I'm neither feeling better nor prepped, so I'll have to postpone our 9th session. I know this saddens you all as it does me, but we can discuss next week as a make-up and then back to every other week again. Work is also kicking my ass these days but I promise next week if you guys are available, I'll be feeling better by then and have the settlement of Witchcrag Meadows ready for your arrival

I'm going to be creating Witchcrag Meadows, the settlement that you're traveling to, using the DMG Stylianos the Disguiser is supposedly there, says Poisa; though she doesn't know who he is or what he looks like, only that he can cast a semi-permanent drow illusion on you all for a price. We'll also do downtime next session so come prepared with how many days you think you'll want to spend as a party doing downtime activities (I was thinking 5) Who will be available next Sunday? Can we plan on that? Thanks for being understanding with my sickness today, I hate missing games as much as the next guy, and I'm psyched for you all to reach level 4.

Wait but this past Sunday was supposed to be our regular schedule again, but we missed it. So the 18th would be our makeup Sunday, and the 25th should be the Sunday we go back on schedule. I'm sure of it cause I always get paid the same weekend we were playing, and I don't get paid this weekend, but rather next weekend.

Marco is correct, Chris cannot make the makeup game this weekend. Our next scheduled game would be Jan 25. Are we going to postpone the makeup game this weekend?

I'm confused now. Yes we are playing this Sunday chris G. gets a free pass since it was my fault for being sick and throwing off the schedule then i was hoping we could go every other week as I've explained above. Even though it's not the "OOriginal" ... if we play the 25th and then every other week I will have to miss again the 8th because my gf is visiting. So that mmeans I'd like to do this weekend and then February 1st and then 15th and so on... is this an issue? By the way our session 7 part 2 has over 350 views!

I don't care one way or the other. Each Sunday is the same for me. I was simply stating going back to the original Sunday rotation because Rob has his other game on the other Sundays, and I believe tam also works on the other Sunday.

Switching the game day to the other week won't work for me, I promised my wife that back-to-back (on the same day) games would be a rare occurrence because that leaves me unable to help with the baby for about 10 hours on the Sundays that it happens. There's no way I would even ask for her to accommodate me in that way. However, if I have to bow out to keep the game going for everyone else, I understand. Also, Feb 1 is Superbowl Sunday and while I am not really interested in watching the game, is there anyone else that would expect to not play that day, because that would be the next session under the new schedule.

Damnit, Rob, and your baby! ;) OK, I definitely do not want to miss the superbowl either. My issue is that back-to-back games (as in, one sunday and then the next) hasn't been giving me enough time to catch-up, prep, and post the videos. I'll post the schedule as I see it in a new thread
