I agree it can be very frustrating when looking for a game and you just don't seem to get what you want, my advice, keep looking. It took me quite a while to find a group that is quite frankly, the best gaming group i have ever met. Timezones can also be an issue.. what I suggest is be hard in your searching... while the game might be for you, the timezone may cause issues, you cant beet sitting down to play at a time you WANT to, not getting up in the middle of the night etc.. at some point your not going to be able to make it for a whole host of reasons. We set up a GMT/GMT+1 group because of this and we were very selective in who who invite to our general skype chat. The key thing when setting up a group is insisting on communication, let's say that again, COMMUNICATION, we all know real life and family comes first, and comms is the key, or people basically get pissed off and think they're wasting their time. IF im GMing and i just dont feel like running something that week, i will say so, people appreciate honesty and we slot something else in. GM wise, yes there are more players than GMs we are lucky in that myself and 2 other GMS have about 4 campaigns going on over weekends on a rotation.. we don't play weekdays because we work, be insistent on when your going to play your games. Basically, keep looking, if you don't find what you are looking for, start your own group.
