Server disconnect

Almost every time I launch my campaign now I get the server disconnect red box at top of screen. Any advice?
Now I'm disconnected every time I launch. No maps, or character sheets or anything comes up...
Have not changed anything, Deleted cache and history, disabled firewall and antivirus. Nothing working yet.
Having the same issue here...I can reach other sites so the problem is not at my end.
A quick FYI, I am in the same boat.
Are you guys on Dev or Main? Go ahead and give me the link to your Campaign Details page so I can see if this is related to a specific shard. Right now we're not showing any issues so this is very odd.
I am having the same issue with a server disconnect. Now when I log in to my game, my character sheet has completely reset. All my stats are gone.
I'm on the Main (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/20563/ustalav" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/20563/ustalav</a>). Just tried again with the same results. The front end of the page will start to load up but only rarely do I get to the maps...then the server disconnect comes up. Also, I've tried with at a different campaign with the same results. Might be having an internet issue but I don't seem to be having any troubles getting to other sites.
@meliath: I was able to join the game without issue. Have all of you guys followed these steps: <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues</a> Sometimes in the past a browser addon update or an antivirus update can start interfering with your Internet connection causing this type of issue. Please let us know if you have all of those disabled and are still having the issue, and if so provide us with a console log.

None of them worked (this is to the main server, not dev). I would either get a red disconnected notice or a grey page with nothing loaded. Fast forward to lunch time at work and everything is fine once more. I wrote something about a main ISP that operates in North America, and Australia (the name of which I can't recollect) and they suffer from oversubscribed links often. I've not been hit by a problem caused by them in four or five months, but it has happened in the past. Next time I have this problem I'll check my router times and let you know. Thanks again for your hard work and responsive customer support. Edit, went back and found the post: <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1205260/major-pe" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1205260/major-pe</a>... The ISP involved is Cogent. That was the culprit affecting my games for several weeks a few months back.
Ok...just back to the house and was able to jump on to Roll20 with no problems. Didn't do anything to correct it so my guess is that Erich S. may have been correct in that it was a local issue. I really hate the internet when it throws a mystery at you!

I'm glad your games are running again. Let us know if the issues comes up again and it isn't what you thought.
An hour into tonight's game and everything is running fine Steve; thanks.
Yep, had to work but logged in as soon as I got home and everything is fine. Wonder what the issue was?
