Light blocking tokens

We need a feature for tokens on the light layer (I could not find a better description). What i mean is that the light is only blocked by the OPPOSITE edge of a token. Currently there is no way to have a truck block the light/vision of a player. You can place a truck, and you can draw a box over the truck to generate a box blocking the sight but the player also does not see the truck anymore because the box blocks the sight. Of course the GM can draw small light blockers but this only helps a bit. Essentiall all which would be needed to assign an outgoing direction for lines and make them only blocking in one direction. This way a drawn square with a transparent. An opaque filled square could still work like the current system so no features are lost. But with this feature a player could see the truck but not through it.

Hi Kevin. This is a great idea. Have a read on the suggestion Foreground Map Layer If we can get that suggestion implemented, it might help solve some of this current limitation. As a workaround I believe there is a technique of placing a player-controlled light source inside an enclosed dynamic light polygon. ex., Draw a box around your truck on the DL layer, on the token layer place a token the emits light, has sight, and is controlled by the player(s) inside the "box". Players should now see the top of your truck. You can resize the light source token so small that no one will even know it's there.
Thank you very much! The linked thread will get my upvote.
