Create "button" that allows players to have access to tokens in Journal for summoning, etc

This seems to me as if it would be an easy fix. As the DM, I have a lot on my plate, and I would love for the players to have access to the journal tokens that I have placed "in their journal". This would allow them to place items on the screen that they have summoned or spell effects such as a fireball. Right now I do this and it would just be cool if they could. Just a simple button that would allow them access to "some" of the token in the journal - That's all I'm asking for... :)
