LFG : Interested in a Wide Variety of Games

Hi there! I'm a long time gamer looking for a fun, stable group that meets at least weekly. I prefer groups with players in more traditional races and classes that focus on role-playing and the world around us instead of exotic races(I'm looking at your Dragon Born) with OP skills or abilities. That's not to say I don't like combat - far from it, but I like a world/group with a reason for us to be taking up arms. I'd be interested in joining a group playing BECMI, AD&D, 2e, 3.5, Pathfinder, The One Ring, Conan, The Black Company, A SoI&F, Stormbringer or possibly other fantasy games you might need a player for if you're willing to help me get acclimated. I'm open to homebrew games and accept a GM's rules as official when I join a group. If you have a spot in your group I'd appreciate your consideration. Thanks.

Thought I should add; my schedule is extremely flexible, so most game times are workable, but I am on EST. Also, I didn't say it in my original post, but I'm not looking for steampunk or mixed genre settings, just fantasy.

Well you're welcome to join mine. Except for a few minor differences between our group and the group your looking for. We meet about once every two to three weeks to play almost a new game every week. BUT we maintain an ongoing rpg discussion during our downtime via our channel on Skype. There's about 8 members now but we're always accepting new guys. With that many people games can fill up fast but other players host games as well though I'm the primary gm. We play a variety of games here's some that are on the menu: - pathfinder - fate - numenera - paranoia - call of cthulhu - ffg starwars - one ring - vampire the masq - marvel heroic - mutants and masterminds - burning wheel - little fears - Feng shui 2 - everyone is John - inspectres and probably a couple more I'm not remembering. Thanks Antonio. I might be interested in getting in on a couple of those if there are open slots. Pathfinder is the only on that list that I have any experience with, though.

Heya, I'm also starting up a new pathfinder campaign on sunday 6pm est, and planning on doing weekly games with each campaign taking 4-6 sessions. I am the same as you in that I prefer to do only fantasy settings, and you are welcome to join. We currently have 4 people doing an interesting party as just a fun game to get everyone together for the first time. (2 necromancers, a brawler and some undisclosed fighter type). I love gm'ing, and look for people to just have fun, with the potential to do some large dungeons and epic quests later on once some of the new people are used to pathfinder. I have also done dnd 3.5, and 5e before and may again if people have interest. Pop me a pm if you want and have any questions or whatnot.

However, most of the ally-recruiting and other high RP stuff has happened already; the majority of the rest of the campaign will primarily be bashing the bad guys until they stop trying to take over the world.
