Things that would help me out tremendously in being able to host a gaming session: PLEASE do not post workarounds, this is a wish list. If you decide to incorporate any of these ideas, PLEASE be kind enough to extend a lifetime mentor level access profile to me for nearly 1000 man hours of beta testing and free R&D. Thank you! 1. Being able to load up my own audio, not through soundcloud. 2. Being able to place die on the field and name them, flip them up or down and attach them to tokens, for either counter purposes or merely simply numbering the encounter. 3. Being able to turn on the grid but turn off the snap to grid function. Using the grid lines are nice, but being forced to snap, or hold down the ALT key causes problems. 4. How to fill in specific format character sheet youtube videos (like for 2nd edition character sheet), and how to use the variables for macros. 5. Being able to import the library clipart and modify it using photoshop. 6. Adding built-in basic voice sound effects and voice changing for role playing encounter uses. 7. Unlimited levels of redo would be nice for those of those of us that accidentally undo too many times. 8. Being able to crop, flip (both horizontal and vertical), or adjust the transparency of any graphic element (graphic, token, etc). 9. Being able to save out and back up all my work into a campaign.zip file that could be imported into another campaign. 10. Making sure that archived handouts are invisible to players with no name added to the journal field, or the show to players button is not activated. 11. Add dashed line type in thin, thick, etc. - - - - - 12. An eraser would be nice to clean and touch up work, rather than just having to blowing everything away and start over. 13. Being able to click in an area where more than one token or graphic element exists and be able to use the TAB key to scroll through all the items. 14. Being able to open up a tab in the browser to see what the players see, for error checking. 15. Token motion paths. Position a token, open up and edit the token, go to the motion paths tab, click the + Add button for the current token X,Z coordinate (or edit the field), check either linear or circular, enter an X sec pause value (or zero, or decimal millisecond value), Open up the rotation parameters, click add rotation, click either use current token coordinates as rotation center or type in an X,Z coordinate (which could be off map). Type in a value for the amount of rotation 90, 180, 360, 720, -360. Click + Add for additional rotations. Click save. Move token to new position and repeat. Either enter a value for the repeat X times field or check the Loop box to have the motion infinitely repeat over and over. Save and exit. Right click token and select Start Motion to have guard token walk back and forth or around building. Right click token and select End Motion to stop the token. 16. Dice rolling macro functions like the BASIC programming language, to include IF-THEN-ELSE . If /roll d10<4 then /em "You are surprised!" . Just reporting the number of successes on a die roll is useless and not helpful in any way. 17. On the field, right click token duplicate X times function w/ optional sequential numbering. Goblin 1, Goblin 2, etc. 18. Most virtual tabletop platforms have a one time license fee for full access, rather than paying year after year. 19. Turn order settings that stick and turn order window items that sort automatically. Why should I have to keep going into the settings to resort every time some one rolls initiative, that's just laborious and pointless. 20. Faster 3D dice, they're like in slow motion. They take too long to execute. Click, roll, done. 21. Pre-made macros for all the basic 2nd edition D&D mechanics with all the character sheet modifiers included for surprise, initiative, attack, damage. There's no reason why users have to waste time re-inventing the wheel over and over again, they should be standard. Period. 22. Retrieving any sheet (even archived) by right clicking on any token and selecting "Retrieve data sheet". 23. Being able to duplicate a map with everything in it (tokens, graphics, etc). Right now the duplicate function only copies the grid size and color. 24. Being able to see the wave form of a loaded audio file, shuttle to any point and play from there, as well as be able to set a left and right marker then be able to loop between the markers. 25. Turn individual layers completely off and not visible (like paint programs). 26. Being able to use the arrow keys to nudge graphics a pixel at at time. 27. Being able to use animated .gif images. 28. Being able to hold the ALT key to reveal circular areas, identical to the draw command. 29. Being able to create dynamic lighting areas on the same map. 30. Being able to create dynamic lighting "lights" each with their own color, intensity, range, etc. settings. 31. Being able to import images with mask layers to expedite the dynamic lighting effect without having to redraw everything, which would be a BIG, BIG time saver, otherwise trying get dynamic lighting to work on some large maps right now is literally impossible to do. 32. Character sheet creation wizard, allowing the importation of graphic images and adding of fields. 33. Additional options for working with objects in layers like "Backward" or "Forward", which would allow the DM to move options in incremental steps, rather than only to the back and to the front. 34. Allowing the DM to export their finished layout creation into one, single, small size, high resolution image file, to be used in lieu of the work, in an effort to speed up the loading process for players but still retain the fine detail of the original layout. 35. Still be able to access (bubbles, emoticons) or open a token (read GM info, etc) even if other items are grouped to it. Right now that's not possible. 36. Be able to use, but turn OFF the token status bars that appear by default when using the bubbles. These are not needed, and clutter up the screen. 37. Be able to make token emoticons not visible to players for DM use only, as well as load my own graphics to be used as emoticons, most of the ones there are of no use. Several different color potion emoticons, or spell emoticons with the ability to attach text to them would be very useful. 38. The ability for the players to pick up items and place them into their own token's carry bag slots or a box token, etc, moving them from play. 39. Be able to assign a rotation point to a token (for doors) AND be able to anchor tokens, so that they can rotate but stay in place and not move! 40. Having emoticons for tokens that are actually usable for like spells and such, or having the ability to load different ones. 41. Being able to use token emoticons on the background layer. Right now, that they disappear. 42. Cone shaped marking abilities from the token, similar to the area of effect, but with a range and base size. 43. Global illumination color as well as presets for sunrise, morning, noon, afternoon, sunset, night and midnight (blue tinge early and red tinge late). 44. Being able to transfer specific items from one campaign to another, like character sheets. Right now, when a campaign is duplicated, I have to update every character sheet later, prior to use in the new campaign, because things have changed since then. Time waste. 45. Allowing completed campaigns to be made available for the community. No sense in re-inventing the wheel on adventure modules that take an incredible amount of time to build. I see other DMs announcing they are starting modules, that I've already built.
