GM looking for players, Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 2ed, Monday nights(negotiable) from 8:30-9:00 PM to 10:30-11:00 PM Eastern.

I'm just putting out some feelers here to gauge interest. I'm planning a Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 2ed game that I'll run using Roll20 and either Skype or Google Hangouts. It will consist of "Iron Man" character creation, meaning that that stats and starting career will be randomly generated. Players DO get to pick their race (Human, Dwarf, Elf or Hafling). One proviso however: because Elven magic was never really developed in the game, I'd prefer no Elven magic users in the game, and so would ask for a re-roll of starting career if that should be the result. At this time I'm planning one session a week, perhaps once every other week depending on scheduling. At the moment my proposed game night would be Monday evenings, with a start time of ar ound 8:30 or 9:00 PM Eastern Time, with roughly 2 hour sessions being the norm (I take longer to prep for a Roll20 session than a regular face to face game, and so I prefer shorter session that are better prepared than the opposite). I'm not married to Monday nights, it's just an initial proposal. I'd like at least two players but would prefer no more than five. Player new to the game are absolutely welcome. Thanks.

Hey sign me up, I've actually got no experience whatsoever with war hammer in general but hopefully that doesn't have a big impact. My time zone is PST so no problem there.

this "iron man" generation sounds like fun i'll join too,no experience in the fantasy side of warhammer(though i have played a lot of the 40k games) mondays are fine with me, will we be using any other books beside the core (such as the career compendium)

@ Joshua and Simon. Welcome guys. With the two of you that puts us at 5 players and a GM. That's a full house. Yup, I'm using the Career Compendium to help with char gen. What I've done so far is this, we log into Roll20, and we generate the character directly into the gaming table (I've created some character sheet templates for use with Roll20. We roll the stats, wounds and fate points per normal. Then we crack open the career compendium and I have you roll 3 times on the table. You then pick which of the three starting careers you want. Once the characters are done, I'll be able to tailor the game to the characters. I'll be sending you my Skype username via PM when I get home a little later today. When you have time, we should do a Skype chat to discuss the game.

If your still recruiting or if anyone drops out I would be interested in joining in - I used to play 1st edition and am familiar with the 2e - happy with your approach and time - (I am in the UK so a early hours game would fit excellent with my work/ family life).
