Jukebox plays two copies (Echo)

I did some testing. I did this where I was the only person in the game and one other person the result is the same in both cases. If I hit play music, it plays 2 copies of the song overlapping each other with one slightly delayed. The other person in my game session however only hears 1. No matter what I do, removing, re-adding new songs, different songs, it always plays two copies of it with the press of the play button. One slightly delayed so it becomes a cacophony of noise for me. The one single player however hears the music fine, except where some songs did not play for him at all. I cant find anything about this issue, any help? I have video and chat tech disabled for my session. (None, No Audio/Tech) I am using Chrome and Skype.

Turning off the master volume in setting causes the copy to be muted so I only hear one copy playing and my players confirm they can hear it also so I dont know anymore.

There is a general advice page for audio-video testing on here, but it largely deals with troubleshooting the WebRTC (the built in voice comm). There's also a general bug-testing advice page, which someone will probably come along to link here, and it recommends making sure you've disabled any/all extensions that could be added onto chrome. Other than such general troubleshooting approaches, the first thing I'd test for your issue is --- turn off Skype and try it. Still the same? I'd probably jump over to Soundcloud and play a regular soundcloud too, that plays normally right (one copy playing)? EDIT: Upon your second post -- Do you have a second browser window open, where you're logged in as a Player?
