My decks are INVISIBLE... and Unusable... Searched forums and documentation without explanation SCREENSHOT incl.

Hey there, I'm admittedly new to the service, and recently created my first campaign, which has not been used to play at all, yet... But, I have spent dozens of hours just setting up everything and getting to know how to use the facilities... I recently created my first Deck, and then when I try to use either it or the stock Playing Card deck by 'Show'ing them from the Decks & Tables side-bar, only a small scroll-bar with an empty mouse-over pop-out appears... What am I doing wrong? I've tried playing with every configuration field since then and none of them seem to enable the functionality demonstrated in the welcome videos... help. What is wrong with this picture?
I *did* initially find and click the "Shuffle Deck" button that appeared in this pop-out, for each deck, and now NOTHING appears where I would expect to see the Card-backs of the deck, at least. Here is the Screenshot of the Deck Settings, in case that may help... In both of these images, the Screen-shot function has not shown the cursor position, which is on the semi-transparent grey pop-out for the deck to appear on the virtual desktop.
No improvement... I realize that the Harrow Deck was being Shown before, while the Playing Cards deck was Hidden; but, it really doesn't matter which is toggled... Neither are usable.

Hi Tyler. Have you tried the Troubleshooting steps listed in the wiki? Some common issues that have cropped up in the past(not specific to your decks not showing), adblocking or anti-virus\spyware interfering with roll20 and/or using an incompatible web browser. Chrome and Firefox are the recommended browsers. I would start with the steps listed in the Troubleshooting guide and post back your progress. Also check the deck size found in the Settings tab of the right sidebar.
Thanks for your reply! I did that yesterday, and I got my imagery displaying again, but I didn't know my decks were broken, 'cause I didn't even create one until I had disabled AdBlockPlus... I will re-cycle and report later today.
I only use Firefox, I have no add-ons enabled... Are there any specific domains that I need to grant pass-thru status for my firewall besides roll20.net?

Just to be safe with roll20, in adblock plus I have added a custom exception for @@|| app.roll20.net/editor/^$document and I have whitelisted; app.roll20.net app.roll20dev.net marketplace.roll20.net

I loaded up a campaign and did a quick glance at what NoScript was showing as allowed, as well as all the 'blockable items' that Adblock Plus was reporting. Use this data as you wish :) NoScript googleapis.com opentok.com firebase.com cloudfront.net tokbox.com AdBlockPlus opentok.com tokbox.com googleapis.com firebase.com cloudfront.net gstatic.com s3.amazonaws.com firebaseio.com

No joy, as yet. Does anybody have any idea what may be interfering with the Decks but not any other aspect of a roll20-Campaign? I'm quite mystified as to why the screen navigation artifacts are visible while the functionality is absent...

I believe this is a known bug that can happen with Firefox <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1150952/card-deck-box-not-going-away#post-1152555" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1150952/card-deck-box-not-going-away#post-1152555</a> Have you tried Chrome?
Is there an ETA on having this issue resolved for Firefox? I only use Firefox... Not interested in signing up for Google surveillance.

I have no clue since I am just another roll20 member who posts alot. lol Maybe a Mod or Dev will chime in... You don't have to use a google account with Chrome BTW, and if you wanted, you could just use Chrome for roll20. Just a suggestion. I'm all for keeping things private as well.
I appreciate your attention, Vince.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the site. Can you please follow Steps 1-3, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

Excerpt Reposted from <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1549481/decks-unusable-with-firefox-unless-dot-dot-dot/#post-1549481" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1549481/decks-unusable-with-firefox-unless-dot-dot-dot/#post-1549481</a> Several people suggested that I just use Google Chrome as a work-around, but I *hate* Google Chrome. Finally, I asked a friend to let me log-in to Roll20.net on their computer with Google Chrome, and I opened my campaign, and clicked the Show button for the Harrow deck and it worked! So it seems that the issue is with Firefox, EXCEPT... When I went back and logged in with Firefox on my computer, and re-opened my Campaign, the deck was still visible on the virtual desktop, along with the cards I had drawn while using my friend's computer. My friend then logged off, and the deck didn't disappear. I then clicked on Recall, and it opened up the pop-up, and I checked the Shuffle after Recall check-box, and clicked the button to execute. I was able to draw cards. I will continue experimenting to see if I can re-create the problem initially discovered, shortly. I do not use anti-virus software, unless I get one, and then it is usually just a temporary installation of Malwarebytes. There is not anti-virus software running on my machine that I am aware of at the moment... I am running Windows7 Professional 64-bit just auto-updated to Firefox 35.0.1 this morning, but there was no improvement when I opened my campaign before the Google Chrome test. I have no browser add-ons or extensions enabled, and I have not expressly disabled javascript, so I imagine that it is enabled and running, but I have turned off all kinds of cookies and history logging. Here's the Console Log from the CSS tab [from CTRL+SHIFT+K] as of just now (since reopening the campaign fresh after the test on friend's computer): Error in parsing value for 'background-image'. I'm sorry I misinterpretted Step 4, and created a new summarized bug-report topic. I have reposted the new data here, as requested. I have since recalled the cards and hidden the decks, closed the campaign, and reopened it, and found that the decks functionality is still fully available... This leads me to suspect that there is some sort of Variable-priming deficiency in the Firefox version of the deck-control code (that is corrected by having the Chrome version manipulate the same object data); but, that's just my outsider's guess, as I don't have any access to the API. The card-backs do seem smaller than those displayed in the videos I've seen though. My card-backs were larger before I shuffled the stock deck for the first time (before everything disappeared)---an initialization glitch? Anyway, still curious about what the source of this problem really is. It was 100% reproducible in Mozilla Firefox before opening the campaign, as the GM (some of the players had used Chrome before), with Google Chrome; and now, it is seemingly solved by that intervention alone? In my day (when TurboPASCAL was *the* OOP-language) problems like this were often due to a way-ward semicolon... Happy hunting! :-)
