I'm writing up my characters' journal entries in-character and posting them up on dndcharacterjournals.tumblr.com
Each post is one session's gameplay, from the point of view of my character. So if stuff happens that my character can't see (for example, we split the party and stuff happens to the part that my character isn't in), it won't be in the entries. These are also written completely in character, so it will give an insight as to how my character thinks and reacts to events. That said, because it's in the point of view of the character, not everything in them is entirely accurate. It's all his interpretation of the events, so some things may be wrong, glossed over (if he doesn't think they're important), or just off-kilter a bit.
