Me and my friends are having problems playing. We get a red notification saying the server might be having problems. Although the server status seems fine. Real time sync shard 12 and 17 are down. Would that be the cause of our troubles? Is there anything we can do? If it is a server issue, any estimate on when it'll be fixed. Thank you.
