Inline Roll Question

I had a look see at the Dice Reference page to see if this was possible. I didn't clearly see it stated yes or no, so I figured I'd ask here! What I'm trying to do (or figure out) is to see if the roller can show me a "Success" on an inline roll that's not just a natural 20. What I'm getting at, is if there is a way to have the inline roll appear with the green boarder on other values other than a 20. Example: If I were to crit on 18-20. On the inline roll, I would only see a "crit" when I roll a base 20, and not a base 18 or 19. Is there a way for this to happen? Or any other work around. I'm trying to stay with the inline rolls to cut down on the clutter of the chat box. I will understand if this is not possible. I hope I'm being clear enough in what I'm asking, I can't really think of any other way to word it.

The new roll helpers, currently on the Dev server only I believe...?, can do this. cs(critical success) and cf(critical failure) example; [[1d20cs>19]] will show success(green highlight )on 19 or higher. [[1d20cf<3]] will show failure (red) on 3 or lower. The roll helpers will probably be included in the "Update of Holding" to be released in Q1 shortly. Very nice addition.
Vince, you are a beautiful person. I went to go check it out on the Dev Server. The formula you have works and I can set the value at 18, and it will indeed make the box green for values of 18, 19, and of course 20. The issue I'm still having, is when I add any modifier - the critical success no longer works. Example: [[1d20cs>5]] will make it appear green when above 5, as expected. [[1d20+5cs>4]] (Tried with a few different number values and also witten out a few ways) no matter the number rolled, it will no have a green boarder. Even if the base value is 4+ Could it be that adding a modifier causes a hiccup in the roll so to speak? Or does it have to be written out in a different way?

On my phone right now... try adding parenthesis [[(1d20+5)cs>4]] and see if that works. May be an order of operations issue.

I just tried it by switching the order of operations around [[5+1d20cs>14]] and it gives the highlight if the 1d20 rolls over the target number.

Did you try 1d20cs>18+5?

HoneyBadger said: Did you try 1d20cs>18+5? It works in the same manner as the way mine did. It seems the cs only works with the dice roll not any of the modifiers. [[1d20cs>5]] will highlight anything over 5 [[(1d20+5)cs>5]] seems to ignore the cs option and only functions with the default (highlights the max roll) [[1d20cs>5+5]] functions fine when the die roll is greater then the target (It ignores the modifier for the highlighting) [[5+1d20cs>5]] functions the same as the previous attempt. Anyone else have any testing they did?
All the roll options like that only function in the die roll itself, not modifiers I believe.
