chat stop(error/freeze) except one player

while players chat. suddenly all players chat stop, except one player. there are messages showing like "player1 is typing...". - chat does not come up. however, the one player can chat normally. and where he goes - this error happens. he use Windows 7 ultmiate for OS and Avast for antivirus. here are the scripts while error occurs.(it's not immediate log though...) <a href="http://pastie.org/9966375#" rel="nofollow">http://pastie.org/9966375#</a>

I'm not seeing anything in the log that would point to the problem. How many players were in the game when this happened. Is it still happening?

it's not my player group, my friend's -. so i dont know exactly how many or how often, he said 3-4 players playing and it occur quite regularly.
