I'm not even sure. You should raise an issue in the bugs forum. I myself have never noticed it and I can't seem to find this script either.

The Devs have tried to contact the author to get that script, but have not been able to reach him. I believe they have removed that character sheet at this point.

Yeah. They got it taken out which is great. I also noticed that he listed a javascript for his Firefly RPG which is also non-existent.
