Is there a way to make my own private account on soundcloud and link it to my roll 20 account?

Is there a way to make my own private account on soundcloud and link it to my roll 20 account? Because I ave songs I bought that I think would work in my campaign, that soundcloud doesn't have. And by glancing over soundcloud I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be allowed to upload them.

What exactly do you mean by 'link' in this case? There's no 'linking' between Soundcloud and Roll20, you search for music via the jukebox tool and then add it to your roll20 playlist. You'd need to talk with Soundcloud over what you can and cannot upload to their servers (This is not an invitation to commit piracy, merely an observation: I'm pretty sure that the bulk of music on Soundcloud has been uploaded by people who do not own the rights to said music, judging by how many soundtracks and other copyrighted music I'm finding when I search)

The answer is basically "No". First of all Soundcloud doesn't have Private sounds (EDIT:Just noticed Soundcloud talking about how they have Private sounds now, new feature) & also doesn't permit uploading someone else's copyrighted song (even if you purchased your own copy of the song). Soundcloud is heavily oriented towards sharing sounds with the public. The [main] only thing a Soundcloud user has an option to block is external playbacks (outside of Soundcloud), even then your sounds are still playable on Soundcloud.com website on your profile. So there is no Privacy mode on that site. You can make a Personal soundcloud account, if that's what you mean. It's free. Then you can upload sounds that fit within Soundcloud's terms of use (meaning any sounds that you have full permission or ownership). If you wish to upload sounds to your personal soundcloud account, and use those sounds in Roll20, it is possible. Best practices hint is put a word in the Title on Soundcloud, that you can find again by Search in the Roll20 Jukebox. Example: Title the Track "Roll20 Delvin sound number 123456" and you would be able to find the sound easily in Jukebox. While we don't have a way to "Link" a soundcloud account in Roll20, this hint is the best way to upload on SoundCloud and find your sound by-title in Jukebox. I think I remember someone saying that searching for the Soundcloud URL for a song pulls it up in the Jukebox as well.
Please allow me to contribute with my list of specific URLs and a list of Contributors to check out. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wSbob-Z3dZWImdRJIhjt76_R9A8hatfy6H8C02wwbQA/edit?usp=sharing
How would I play these if I am running my game (in roll20)? I liked some of the sounds there and I am one for atmosphere when I can get it done.
Night Shade, if I understand your question correctly, when you use the from the jukebox tab, you can simply paste the URL to a specific song from soundcloud. It will show up as a result and you can then add it to your jukebox list.
