Brundle's knighthood.

I think everyone else should get some sort of acknowledgement for their actions in saving the bishop. Brundle getting knighted and everyone else gets gold seems a little unjust, considering all he did was put on a smelly captain's uniform and pretend to not be himself. It doesn't sit well with me and I doubt it would sit well with him. I am going to have Brundle petition the Arch-bishop or the Patriarch for the rest of the group to get some sort of recognition.
OK, what it comes down to is the church assumes that their "guy" is the driving force behind what the group does. The thieves guild assumes Egandrol is the driving force, the druids assume Kelyn does it all... Normal human behaviour...
I understand. I therefore will not petition the Arch-bishop or the Patriarch.
BTW, Brundle could easily pick up Dorothea as squire. On the other side of things, Brundle MUST have the following weapon proficiencies eventually. Lance, spear, sword, mace, morningstar, and dagger. He should not take any other new weapons until he is proficient in these. Any other weapons already known are fine, he should not take the crossbow as this is under Papal proscription.
Brundle requires a squire? He has never heard of or met this person you suggest for a squire.
Knights have squires. Dorothea is the six foot tall woman who was working for Arcanon a while back in Palanga. Fr. Petras supports her as she is a chaste Cuthlic woman who has a crazy idea that she wants to be a knight. She is currently a second level fighter with armor and weapons paid for by Arcanon.
I feel as though our line of work would be severely detrimental to her health lol.
Welcome aboard, Dorothea. Now polish my boots and when you are done, paint my new coat of arms on my shield, then polish THAT!
I currently have a knife as a weapon proficiency. Will that qualify as a dagger requirement or do I need to take dagger as well? I just gained 1 WP and 1 NWP.
Dorathea also goes by "Dora", and she doesn't paint, cook, sew, or do anything immoral.
Ragnar needs a squire to keep him awake.
Elixer of chaoua.
The typical jobs of a squire included: Carrying the knight’s armour, shield and sword Guarding prisoners Freeing the knight when taken captive Ensuring an honorable burial for a deceased knight Replacing lost or damaged equipment Replacing an injured or killed horse Dressing the knight in armor Carrying the knight’s flag Protecting the knight Taking care of the horses Accompanying the knight to tournaments and the battlefield Maintaining equipment
