After adding a card to a deck, discard pile doesn't get cards anymore. Any deleted card goes to the bottom of the deck, as if discard pile was desactivated.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
I'm using Firefox 35 on Ubuntu 12.04, but other players with other setups (Windows 7, and Chrome I guess) had the same problem.

- Deck with cards and with discard pile: show fronts.
- Deal some cards. If one is deleted, it goes to the discard pile and you can see it and choose it.Ok.
- Add one new card to the deck (using Deck configuration)
- Shuffle the deck.
- From now on, any other deleted card won't go to discard pile, but to the bottom of the deck. You can see them at the bottom by letting choose cards form the deck, but them won't go to discard pile. Discard pile is still active, you can see older deleted cards, but not new ones.
