Music Organization Suggestion

If you use a lot of music, then that requires a lot of scrolling and is somewhat inconvenient. My suggestion would be to have a feature where you can sort music into categories. Those categories can be selected and only the music in those categories show up.

This would be helpful. Also, in general, I find only being able to upload from soundcloud to be impeding. Is there a way to upload my own music? If not, I feel it would help a lot. There are plenty of sites that have sections for freeware ambient music, and I could make better use of those with a direct download or upload option, or even the ability to stream from my computer.

You are able to upload music TO Soundcloud with a free soundcloud account. I agree with a means to organize music and sounds.

I'd also love a way to organize music and sounds. A tagging system (like the ones that the characters have) would be fantastic. 

+1 As a current work around, I've retitled all of my music to do that on its own.  As an example, all music specific to towns starts with Town:"town name", and others fall under SFX, Ambiance, Fight, etc...  As my campaign goes on, I could definitely appreciate a folder system though.

I'd like to be able to assign a song to a page. Maybe there's a way to do that and I just haven't figured it out...

I don't know if this exact suggestion has been made, so you're probably safe, just that people have wanted better organizational tools for the jukebox for a long, long time.

Not just the jukebox search for music but the Jukebox folder for the information you have needs a better sorting tool. I have some campaigns with literally 50 songs with similar names and honestly i can never find the right song. If there were folders in that window or sub tabs it would work out nice, but that is a lot of extra data to populate.

T: My workaround for that (though I agree that better organization would be awesome) is to rename the songs, but by adding a note or description in parentheses at the beginning. This also allows me to name songs things like "(Background Music) (Creepy, Slow) Song by Soundcloud User" which, due to alphabetizing, groups songs that I give the (Background Music) phrase to together. This still results in some searching (what with the massive size of my jukebox list) but it streamlines the process.
