Ok so I can't seem to create a campaign in either google chrome or internet explorer and i'm running windows 7. So what happens is i name the campaign and click the "i'm ready, create campaign" button but nothing happens. there are no errors or page changes nothing happens; even when i change the name and add an optional character sheet template or even click a module no results are yielded. so can you help me?

Hello Sean. Can you follow steps 1 through 3 on this wiki page: <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues</a> Step 1 just confirms you are using the correct browser and version. Step 2 has you checking and disabling any and all addons or extenstions and that sometimes includes your anti-virus program. Step 3 has you cleaing you cache. We are not at step 4 yet but if you want to open the console log then try to create your campaign, it might catch any errors you are receiving in the background operations of the browser. If there is any errors then please post the whole log as is in this thread.
Ok so i followed the steps and even downloaded firefox which has the same problem so i opened the console log and here you go. Sean, do you have an anti-virus software on your computer that might be preventing Javascript from running? Are you able to test creating a campaign on a different computer on the same router and internet connection?
I'ts not my anti virus cause i shut them off completely and tried again and the same results ensued.

Do you have an anti-virus running? If so, can you disable it temporarily to see if that's the issue? Are you able to test if you're having this issue on any other computer or device from the same network?

Sean, just to point out what I think the problem is, there are 3rd party processes running when you try and go to our site, either add-ons/extensions or malware on your computer. ' <a href="http://a.gacdn.com/www/delivery/afr.php?zoneid=16&cb=1425779606425" rel="nofollow">http://a.gacdn.com/www/delivery/afr.php?zoneid=16&cb=1425779606425</a> '. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.placement.js:1 p placement.js:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: jwplayer is not defined These lines from your console log from when the problem happened are showing javascript that isn't ours throwing errors.
