Check Subscription Status?

Hi, I'm trying to find out if there is a way to check my subscription account balance? I noticed that my latest invoice said I was not charged, so I assume one of my players made a gift donation. I don't recall getting any notification of that nor do I see any way to check how far "paid up" I am. Is there such a feature and, if so, how do I access it? Thanks!

With that stated, you can go to your subscription page that is linked on your account page. Easiest way to get there if you wish to do the steps is top right corner, click on your name then your account. On the right side is a series of links, towards the bottom of those links is your subscription page.

Yes, I know about that. I just don't see anywhere that tells me what my balance is. It just tells me what level I am at and shows my previous invoices, unless I'm blind. :) I'll send an email as you suggested. Thanks for the address.
