I have dragged several tokens out for a goblin ambush. When the heros do damage to one and I change the value i the bar, the value for all the tokens of that type change. I can not use it for npc hit points since not every npc is getting hit. Am I doing something wrong? can I not just drag and drop additional units onto the virtual table top?
