Video and Voice stopped working

As said in the Topic title, the video and voice stopped working and wouldn't continue working again even after restarting computer or refreshing the roll 20 page. Windows 7, web browser: Chrome 40.0.2214.115 , 64 bit operating, enabled javascript, mcaffee antivirus.

Can you please try taking the steps in our Audio Visual Trouble Shooting guide. If none of those resolve your issue please try following Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues guide, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

I have followed the steps from the Audio Visual Trouble Shooting guide with all correct otucomes coming from each thing, with no luck to a fix, I have also followed the steps 1-3 of Solving Technical Issues before posting the original post. The information needed is posted in the original post... Maybe more information about what happened may be helpful, I was playing with 5 friends, and then my internet temporarily went out. Upon refreshing the page, my voice was still working but i could no longer view video feeds from webcams nor could they view mine, even though i could see my own video stream on the roll 20 page which is telling me the cam is working correctly but not being blew to conenct to them.

Steven, it wasn't limited to just you. My brother and I were on last night preparing our stuff for next weekend, and it all went dead on us as well. Since we were almost done for the night, we just closed up shop.

Next time a crash like that happens what we'll need is the console log before you refresh. So, right after the problem happens before you do anything else if you can provide that log it will give us much better information about the issue and give us a better idea of how to solve it.
