Players able to switch between maps.

I'm sure this has been said before but I never saw a definitive response. Can it be made possible to allow players to switch between maps they have been given permission to view? World map, Personal lair, etc. Similar to handouts and other stuff in the journal. Players can see, Players can edit.
This is obviously an old request but I'd like to rekindle interest in it, if any. I'm running a game with a lot of secret- and semi-secret information, and where I use some maps as references rather than traditional game maps (for example, "this is a map of the city you guys are in" and "this is the calendar"). It would make my life a ton easier, and give my players more ability to access the information they need, if I could designate maps they could switch between at will.
I agree this would be useful built-in. I am currently looking into using the Page Navigator API script to accomplish this: https://app.roll20.net/forum/permalink/3370217/
