No backgrounds

So my maps won't load, but my tokens are still there. So things like player characters and monsters are still there, even the tokens on my background/map layer. I saw that some maps were actually still there and left for a little while, and when I came back all the maps from every single page were gone. The pages are still there, but they're just blank with some tokens on them. I use Windows 7, Firefox 36.0 (checked Chrome and the maps were still gone), java enabled, AVG and Sophos anti virus.

Can you please follow Steps 1-3, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

OK. I disabled plug-ins and add-ons. Still not loading the maps. This program had my maps up for WEEKS and nothing happened so I don't think it's an issue on my end. The error that's being throw isn't our Javascript: ReferenceError: callbackProxy is not defined ads:1:0 That means you have some third party addon/extension or malware is interfering with Roll20. Also, try temporarily disabling your antivirus to see if it's playing a part in the issue.

Well, I did system recovery, deleted and disabled my anti-virus (even though the maps were around for WEEKS with the programs) and it is all still missing. Could you please check again?
