The Order of the Lost, a small group of Force sensitives on the planet of Spintir, recently discovered that an Inquisitor was in their midst that sent word of the Order’s existence back to the Empire. Even though the group isn’t very powerful the Empire views any such group as a threat, so there is still a grave risk of these Force-sensitives being killed, or worse. Some of the members have sent word to the Rebel Alliance that they have a tool that can be used to help eliminate the threat to the galaxy the Empire poses. Eager for any advantage they can get the Rebel High Command sends in Cobalt Squad to eliminate the Imperial threat to the Order of the Lost. The Balmorra Runners, two brothers, Captain Jake and Jedrek Brimstar, who lost all they had to the Empire, Seeguar, who dared to steal from Teemo the Hutt, and Kerrek, who (might have done something) found themselves under the employ of Teemo. Thoroughly disgruntled by each of their situations they resigned themselves to their fate of possibly never leaving their employer and take up yet another job for the crime lord. The battle starts off well with Cobalt Squad pulling an attacking squad of stormtroopers away from the camp of Force-sensitives, but the battle quickly shifts balance. The stormtrooper squad rallies and nearly eliminates all of Cobalt Squad, leaving only Senior Lieutenant Talley Darkstar and Lieutenants Mika Darkstar, Yonayawisgi and Zuko Darnova, and once again endangering the Order. Thankfully the Will of the Force has other plans for all three groups. The Balmorra Runners, who were on the planet smuggling for Teemo, stumble upon the battle and aid Cobalt Squad in eliminating the rest of the stormtroopers, while the Order of the Lost return to care for their dead and wounded. Cobalt Squad asks the band of rogues for help in returning to an Alliance convoy. The Gang agrees, so long as they’ll be paid for their trouble. The Balmorra Runners return Cobalt Squad to the Alliance convoy, Cobalt Squad and the Balmorra Runners go their separate ways while all three groups have now taken a bold step towards their destinies. Upon the elimination of the Imperial threat, the Order of the Lost learns of a new situation… (Events of the Force and Destiny Beginner Game and Follow-up adventure) Upon Cobalt Squad’s return to the Rebellion, SpecForce Command chooses a new commander of Cobalt Squad, Talley Darkstar, and as a test makes the squad a four man team. Even as the Squad is re-commissioned, a new threat to the Alliance is discovered…Whisper Base, a secret Imperial listening outpost… (Events of the Age of Rebellion Beginner Game and Follow-up adventure) Having to return to Teemo, but emboldened by their independent success on Spintir, the Balmorra Runners make their way back to Tatooine while hatching a plan to escape their servitude to the Hutt… (Events of the Edge of the Empire Beginner Game and Follow-up adventure) Little do any of the groups know that it is the Will of the Force to have their next adventures bring them together once again, saviors and saved. That night, after [insert events of the Beginner Games here] Dao, a member of the Order of the Lost, has a dream. In it s/he sees his/her friends, along with Cobalt Squad and another group of four people that s/he doesn’t know. Cobalt Squad looks much reduced, but are clearly victorious on some unknown field of battle. The strangers are celebrating as well, a sense of freedom about them as they travel to the stars. Talley, now the apparent leader of the Squad, looks at the dreamer and says “Onderon”. On his forehead appears a set of coordinates. The dream then shifts to another world, one with expansive wilderness and a single massive city. All three groups come together on that world, and Dao is filled with a sense of peace before awakening early in the morning. Having finally escaped Teemo’s employ, the Balmorra Runners realize that they’re still not out of danger: Teemo had a lot of contacts in the galaxy, and a legendary ability to hold a grudge. Looking to lay low and find what help they can they figure that if any of their own contacts could help it’s the Rebel Alliance, specifically Cobalt Squad. The Gang grease a few palms, and threaten a few people, yet are unable to gather any information about the Squad’s whereabouts. Thus they head to the planet Balamak to see if they could tap into the HoloNet to try and pick up any chatter on where Cobalt Squad might be. When that met with as much failure as their other attempts they headed to the cantina to plot out their next move. Meanwhile, The Order of the Lost sold what they could to procure transport to Onderon, but it was more planet jumping rather than a steady trip. As they land on Balamak, they decide to spend what little money they have left to get something to eat and look for another pilot to take them the rest of the way. Inside the cantina they run across the Balmorra Runners, the same people from Dao’s vision. While the Order of the Lost trust the Force, they still remain cautious. Just because the Force showed them at peace doesn’t mean that this band of brigands won’t betray them later; many a Force-Sensitive has been turned over to the Empire by the greed of such people. They tell the Balmorra Runners that they seek passage to the planet Onderon. The Order uses the rest of the money they allotted to travel to the Gang and with a promise to pay more upon arrival, the Gang agrees. The Order of the Lost give the Balmorra Runners the coordinates that Dao saw in his/her dream, and the eight fly off in the Krayt Fang. During the trip, they mentioning that their intent is to find a group of Rebels that might help them. Having finally acquired a lead that might help them in locating the Rebel Alliance. Maybe this group of Onderon Rebels will help them locate Cobalt Squad. Along the way, the Balmorra Runners and the Order of the Lost both try not to give away too much information to the other party, since neither is sure what to make of the other or if they can be trusted. But each decide that the other is, for the most part, honorable enough not to go back on their deal, and they continue on their way to seek help from Cobalt Squad. Do they seek help of their own will? Or is it … The Will of the Force? A week later the Brimstar Gang and the Order of the Lost land at Whisper Base and are taken into custody by the Rebel Alliance. They explain that they are here to see Talley and Mika Darkstar. Major Lon Tharik, the newly appointed base commander, calls for Talley and Mika and explains the situation, asking for the Squad’s input. Talley and Mika tell Major Tharik that they're no threat to the Alliance and recount their previous experiences with them, that the Order of the Lost were the ones that called upon the Rebel Alliance for help against being exterminated by the Empire and that the Brimstar Gang got them back to the Rebel convoy. Major Tharik informs the security chief to release the new arrivals and take them into the conference room. Both the Brimstar Gang and the Order of the Lost arrive there, noticing that security is still being kept quite high. When Cobalt Squad walks in Talley smiles sincerely and tells them it’s good to see them again, and asks them how and why the two groups found Cobalt Squad again. Each group catches one another up on their adventures since parting ways (Beginner Game and follow-up adventure) before formally asking the Rebel Alliance for help. The Order of the Lost inform Cobalt Squad that they have yet another tool to help the Rebel Alliance defeat the Empire: <FaD Group Resource>. The Order also finally reveals to the Squad and the Brimstar Gang that the real reason the Empire was after them is that they’re an order of Force-sensitives. Jake asks Talley about the security sweeps. Talley tells them that their current base used to be a secret Imperial listening post, and that Cobalt Squad was sent in to take the base over, and that even having succeeded the Alliance’s foothold on Onderon is still tenuous. Major Tharik walks in and asks to speak to Talley and the Squad, so Talley tell the others that the base’s Quartermaster will help them get settled. After the Brimstar Gang and the Order of the Lost leave and Tharik begins asks for Cobalt Squad’s opinion on the situation. Talley suggests that the Brimstar Gang and the Order of the Lost could be useful allies in their fight against the Empire. While rogues, the Brimstar Gang could help procure new resources the Alliance could use. As for the Order of the Lost, despite the official statement made by the Emperor that the Jedi Order were trying to overthrow the Republic, Talley’s own father was assured by Senator Bail Organa that it wasn’t true. The Order of the Lost could help bring peace back to the galaxy as the Jedi Order once did. Tharik reluctantly agreed, and Talley called for his new allies let them know that they’d found the help they’d sought.…
