Player looking for a Pathfinder group

So I've tried a few ways of getting into games. Posting on the LFG pages, Reddit, a little bit on the community forms page. Having no luck so far, thought this post might help. Here's hoping! I've been part of Pathfinder for a little more then a year now and this has been the first time that I've tried to branch out. I'm a 50/50 on RP and Combat as far as enjoyment and I like to custom make characters to fit in a given world setting (which has been an issue with the LFG stuff since I don't have ready sheets to go or spend a few hours making things only to not hear anything again). I'm able to play on either Friday after 5pm CST or just about any time on Saturday. I have a skype account for voice chat so that's no problem. Thank you very much to anyone that reads this and might be able to help hook me up with a game!

Sorry to piggy back off of this post too but I am also looking for a group and not had much luck. I'm 50/50, definitely dislike groups that ignore the RP aspect. However I am based in the UK so GMT time. Although I am free most of the time so week days are no problem. Just thought I'd reply so that at least you don't feel so alone and that maybe the both of us can find a group! =)

Hey - I'm looking for 2 ppl to join my Skull & Shackles session (Wednesdays 6PM UK/5PM UTC/2PM EDT/11AM PDT) - the group are in the Raiders of the Fever Sea book (past the boring crewmate bit) and are currently the officers of a pirate ship that's attacking other ships and stealing their booty and plunder. Here's the description of this book from the Paizo Site: "Bound for adventure upon the pirate vessel they’ve taken as their own, the heroes face a sea of dangers as they chart a course to become true Free Captains of the Shackles. But life as a pirate doesn’t prove any easier now that they’re in command, as deadly sea monsters, the corpses of drowned scallywags, and raiders from the deep rise to oppose them. When a most unusual map falls into the adventurers’ hands, they have the chance to change their fate in a single daring raid. Is it the heroes’ destiny to be the next victims of the merciless waves, or will fortune smile upon them and spur their rise as the newest and most infamous pirates of the Shackles?" The reason 2 new players are required is that 1 just disappeared and 1 left for personal reasons. Current party members are a Pirate (Rogue), Oracle (healing focussed) and a Summoner. The PCs are lvl 4 and all options are allowed in Char creation, including things like a Lashunta Warpriest or an Android Investigator, 2 traits and 1 extra if you take a meaningful flaw. I recommend PCGen ( Homepage | Download Page ) for anything upto but not including ACG or Obsidian Portal ( Login/Signup Page ) for anything else. We play on the dev server, so dynamic lighting and stuff and we use Skype for Voice chat and to keep in contact during the week.
