Won't Allow Me to Upload Custom Tokens/Pictures

Hey, first off sorry if this is the wrong place or has been brought up before. So I used to be able to upload my own custom tokens and pictures but can't any more. I can add pictures to the journal page and place one for my campaign picture, but it won't let me place tokens on the map (besides the ones that I find searching the community) anymore. It's a.jpg picture so I assume that should be all right. I can upload it to my library but once it's there it doesn't show up on the map no matter how many times I drag it there and I can't just drag it from the folder to the map like I used to. EDIT: Ok after restarting my computer, I'm now able to drag it from my library to the map but only after uploading it to my library, still can't just drag it from the folder to the map like I used to.
See our Journal wiki to see if this helps. You might be hovering over the wrong part of the Character.
Have you tried to do this since the update of holding took effect? I'm only asking because if you don't try dragging the name over, instead you drag from the "handle," it won't add to the map. If you have, disregard my question. Although, there are a few subjective terms used, which if you can narrow them down, would help out identify the problems. "used to" -- when was the last time you tried, wherein it worked? "computer" -- Windows? Mac? What browser(s) have you tried? I know the tech support people will have a lot more to offer you, than I would, but these would help them out. Of course, they're going to ask you to go through a process... which in the spirit of good will (and making their collective lives a little easier), I offer for you: Can you please follow Steps 1-3, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you. Dial the toll-free number on the bottom of your image, press #, press 3, dial your name, press 1 for Customer Service, then press 2 to speak with a Technical Analyst, spin around 4 times, bark like a dog, press 0 repeatedly to speak with a human being, or 1 to maintain the automated system ( note : don't take this seriously).
