Some Campaigns Appear Twice on iPad Version

So happy about the tablet app for Roll20. Thanks again Dev Team! One problem ... When I open the app, I am greeted by the "Create a Campaign" screen. Several of my campaigns appear twice on that screen. Each one seems to lead to the right place and work just fine, so I can use the app as-is. But having the extra copies of my campaigns is a bit goofy. Just wanted the Dev Team to know. Cheers!

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the App. I assume this is the iPad version. Can you give specific details about the device you're using this on? Hardware version, OS version? Do you always get duplication of your campaigns when you go into the app? I assume you are not also seeing duplication on the website now?

Seems like I have a similar issue on the Android version. Specifically it happens to the single campaign I have created on the normal server. The other campaign I have joined on the normal server is not duplicated and none of the campaigns I have created on the dev server are duplicated. Samsung Galaxy S4, Android 4.4.2. No duplication via the website.

Ooops, should have mentioned that in my original post. I am using an iPad ... you mean there are other tablets out there? What a strange world we live in! :o) Specifically, I am using an iPad Mini with iOS 8.2. The duplicates are there every time I start the app and remain after I restart my device. I have NO duplicate campaigns when I visit the Web site using Firefox in MacOS. Cheers!

Of the 3 campaigns I have, the older two are duplicated consistently on iPad mini with iOS 8.2 also. No duplicates on Mac or windows with safari and chrome.

Perry: Does that mean that one of your campaigns is not duplicated? Is there any difference between it and the other campaign (it's on dev, you didn't create it, etc)?

I know you asked Perry but I will answer for my iPad too. I have created 13 campaigns. Three of them appear twice on the campaign list in the iPad. None of the campaigns I have joined are duplicated. I do not have dev server access, due to my subscription level.

I have spotted a difference between my correctly displaying campaigns and the campaigns that spawn duplicates ... sorry if this is a red herring. When I look at the Details tab of the correct campaigns in Firefox in MacOS, I am the last person on the player list (aka farthest to the right) since I am GM and created the campaign. This is how the players list has been ordered since I joined ... the GM is last on the list and new players are added just to the left of the GM's picture. Still talking about Firefox here. For the "bad" campaigns that spawn duplicates, I am not the last person on the list even though I created the campaign and I am the GM. On one campaign, I am farthest to the left out of four players (opposite side of where I would expect the GM to be). In another, I am second to the left out of three players. On the last one, I am the only player. Let me know if this makes a difference. Cheers!

Good point on the Supporter note. We can probably assume that Perry is likewise only on the prod servers. Nice info on the differences. Any information is helpful at this point. (And I've heard that Herring is tasty regardless of color. =D )

Yes, Production only, no dev server. I just recently deleted a bunch of old campaigns and only kept the most recent three. My non-repeating campaign is my current game and was created most recently; about 6 weeks ago but not sure of the actual date. The campaign icon is fine for this one and Looking at the campaign details page I am the right-most player listed of a total of 4 players and the only GM. #2 in age is duplicated and also the campaign icon doesn't show on the app, just a broken image icon. I am the second listed player of 9 and the only GM. #3 which is also duplicated has no icon and shows the default roll20 icon and I am the only player.

Same thing happening here. iPad Air 2, iOS 8.2. My repeat is the result of me testing the QR code feature and adding my campaign ... again. I figured I would get an error since I already had the campaign, but it created a duplicate on the app. No duplicate created on the web interface. There doesn't seem to be a way to remove the duplicate game. Both are completely functional, exact copies of each other. App is still fully useable, just has the duplicate.

Same thing happening here. 3rd-gen iPad 64GB with cellular and Wi-Fi, iOS 8.2 (12D508). This is my first campaign on Roll20. The app shows two identical copies of it.
