No Camera or Voice in Firefox and Chrome has odd graphical glitch, please help!

Hi, I sure hope someone can help me! I have been trying to find a solution for two weeks. Before I get to my problem, I have the most recent updates for Chrome and Firefox, I have followed all of the processes recommended on the Roll20 technical support page, I have disabled extensions, tried using previous versions of browsers, tried various setting changes, and most importantly, I do have video and voice enabled for both receiving and broadcasting and I have given appropriate permissions in the browsers...sigh. Chrome: On chrome, the video and voice work beautifully but I am getting a large white box covering the lower left of the Roll20 screen and when I scroll, a bunch of pixel shaped white boxes appear leaving a trail as I scroll. I've tried everything I can think of and this is a uniquely Chrome issue. Firefox and Explorer do not have this graphical glitch. According to my research, Google's most recent update is causing the issue and if you hit Control+Shift+B to turn on/off the toolbar, it clears the boxes away but as soon as I scroll or anything gets moved (i.e. token, etc.) it's right back. It's maddening because I have to constantly scroll to try and see where my token is on the map in the hope I will get a break in all the crazy boxes and actually be able to see the map. I've tried rolling Chrome back to an earlier version and it DID WORK; however, video and voice would NOT work then. Firefox: Firefox works beautifully graphically but I absolutely CANNOT get my camera and mic to work. I've given all the permissions, etc. (stated above) and nothing. When I go to "test my cam" website in Firefox, it works; however, when I go to the website to test WebRTC my cam and mic do NOT work which leads me to believe that is the issue but I have found nothing that can help me fix the problem. As far as equipment, I am using a Blue Snowball mic and a Hercules HD Twist. My computer is new and it is a gaming beast so I doubt it would be an issue (Core i7 processor, 16 GB RAM, AMD R9 Radeon 200 Series, etc.) Hopefully I have provided enough info and if someone can help, I will be forever in your debt. After countless hours of trying to get either one of these browsers to function properly with Roll20, I am beside myself. Thanks in advance

The white box is a known issue [ See thread: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1749834/known-is... ]. Some user have been able to get around the issue by running the upcoming version of Chrome available in their dev branch (details in former thread, I believe). You could also try running Chrome Canary, which is a productized version of their dev branch, the major benefit being you can then keep the current version of chrome configured without the hassle of downgrading from dev later. I'm afraid I don't know much about the WebRTC side of things.

As Aaron said, the white box is a Chrome issue that's been fixed in their beta. As for your FIrefox audio issues try these steps: https://wiki.roll20.net/Audio_Visual_Troubleshooting
Thanks for the tip. I ended up using Chrome Canary and it's working fine now As far as Firefox, thanks for the advice Steve; however, I did go through that multiple times, step by step, and that's how I figured out my WebRTC was not working with firefox. Thanks again for all your help!
