I'm sorry you're running into issues. Can you verify you followed all of Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

I have completed all of the steps 1-3. and stepp 4 is in the first post though here are a few more screenshots of the coding which looks like can be a problem. although i am not sure what antivirus i am running if i am running any at all. (School computer, though i dont htink that could be the problem as this has not happened before. and then there is this little firebase thing? i know nothing of coding... sorry :l

Ah, sorry, I didn't recognized that screenshot for what it was. It's better to just copy and paste the log text into the forum. There isn't much we can do with a screenshot of it I'm afraid. You should just be able to click into the console log and hit control-A control-C to copy all of it.
got it. one second and itll be right here

Do other campaigns have this issue? Have you ever been able to get into this campaign? Have you tried other browsers? what about other computers?
i have not tried other computers yet but i will be able to soon. i have not joine any other campaigns except for one much earlier than this problem. and i was able to get in the campaign on this computer before, multiple times. and im pretty sure i cant use another browser on my Chromebook.

Oh! Sorry, totally missed that this was a Chromebook. Are you the owner of this campaign, or just a player in it?
i am just a simple player. Also fairly new to this site but so far loving it! minus the little technical difficulty bump xD but eh. its electronics stuff. what can ya do?
Also i have just managed to get into the game on a desktop computer without a hitch. though it still does not work on the chromebook.
And my chromebook is the only thing i can play it on at home....

Ok. I'm hoping someone with a ChromeBook can jump in here and give some insights. I've never used one, but I'm reasonably certain I have seen other users who have.
AWESOME! Thank you so much! i was really looking forward to playing today been waiting since last week xD ahhh silly computers.
Will i need a dev to help me with solving this problem? or has this problem never been solved?
i believe i saw a post two years ago. There was a problem with the firebase. I cant tell if it was the same as mine. But i can see that there are errors connecting to firebase on my console.
It looks like some sort of DNS issue with your Chromebook. Are the desktop and Chromebook connected to the internet the same way (through the same router/modem at your house)? If so it's most likely a DNS issue specific to that computer. Chromebooks don't have software like antivirus or firewall installed on them since they're Linux-based, right?
im not too sure on what type of chromebooks have antivirus. and they were both at school. now i am home and will try to connect again. but the school desktop connected no problem. but while using the chromebook on school wifi it didnt connect.
wow. it seems to have just been a problem with the schools DNS for their wifi. though it allowed me to get on previously on school wifi. I was able to get into the campaign now that i am home. I am sorry to have taken up so much time but truly thank you guys fo our efforts! you guys are awesome! Keep p the good work! Have a good day!
No problem!
