Forgive the Rather Ignorant Question But...

If I change my DnD5e sheet to the DnD5e (Shaped) version will I lose all the sheets I've created in my campaign?
All depends on what each entry is named. If both sheets named the strength entry "Strength", you should be good for most of the entries. But if one named the Strength attribute "Str" and the other name it "Strength", then you will have to refill in the attributes. If one is named "Strength" and the other is named "strength", the same thing applies. So, long story short: take screen shots of your player's characters so they have something to reference when you change over.

Author of Shaped here. As a PC you will lose armor only. Everything else will remain. Obviously you'll have to enter data for new functionality like reach, range, ammo, etc. For NPCs basically nothing will convert over, but it is still there (at the bottom of the page hidden by a tab). You can reference it and fill those values into the new sheet, or use the converter script: D&D 5e Shaped NPC Converter . I am currently working on the NPC attacks at which point I will fix any converter issues created over the last few days and fork the script to import to work with the new NPCs and NPC Attacks.
Only armor? Oh good to know now. Gonna start using your sheet ASAP now. Thanks!

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone! I tried to wrap my head around some coding right before this post and the resulting deadening of the brain hadn't quite worn off yet. Looking forward to the new shaped sheet!
