Dynamic Lighting - Everything Set, Players Can't See

Hi All, I've only just become a mentor so my apologies if I'm missing something obvious. I think I have everything set but my players can't see anything when Dynamic Lighting is enabled nor can I when I "Rejoin as Player" Here's what I've done: Page set to Enable Lighting, Fog of War is disabled: Note: I've tried toggling the other options to help my overall problem, no difference. Set a token to Emit Light and "All Players See Light" Established boundaries on the Dynamic Lighting layer. You'll see the brazier gets cut off around the statue: Yet, this is what my players see. Total blackness Yet the character selected is right next to the light source. Any ideas? Thanks very much!
More info: If I toggle on "Has Sight" the player can see within the bounds of the Dynamic Light walls, but still, the tokens don't emit light as they should.
Hi Heather, Did you put a max radius on your torch? For example, most torches should have a 40/20 for light radius and dim radius. Also, just to make sure that the torch is on the map or token layer. I know that if the light source is on the dynamic lighting layer it does not emit light on the other layers. Let me know if this helps or not. I'd be willing to join your session as a user to help troubleshoot.
Hi Joshua, Thanks for the help! I took a screenshot showing the brazier on the token layer and the settings for it:
Heather, can you also show me the advanced tab for a token that should be able to see the light but can't?
When I put "Has Sight" on it makes everything within the bounds of the Dynamic Light Layer visible rather than respecting the brazier radius.
I think the multiplier needs to be at least x1, but is the problem that they can see everything the brazier sees or that they can't see the light from the brazier?
That's it! It was the Has Sight after all. It turns out I had toggled on Global Illumination (in an effort to debug) before I had put Has Sight on the first time I tried it. So it made everything visible ignoring the brazier. With Global Illumination off, toggle on Has Sight, I saw the braziers. They were very dim, but based on your suggestion above to set the multiplier to 1 they are emitting their proper radius. Thanks!
Sweet. Do you now feel more illuminated on Dymanic Lighting? :)

Just as a little tip on your Dynamic Lighting lines, where you have a standing sarcophagus it would be a good idea to not put lines around the outer edge of it other wise your players will just see a black square which ruins the feature, i would suggest either not having lines at all or a single line down the middle from front to back to prevent players from 'seeing' the other side but still being able to see what it is that is blocking their sight :) There are many other such situations but i'm sure you'll find them as you continue your mastery of the DL layer. Glad you got your sight problem sorted, it can be tricky to begin with!
