Wind Die (Or Directional Die)

Hey there! I don't know if anyone has done this before, but I decided to make a directional die graphic. It houses N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, E, and NW, although you don't have to use the diagonal directions if you want to. (8-sided dice can have 2 duplicate outcomes each of N, E, S, W) How you use it, is make it into a roll-able table , and set all the outcomes to one, to make all eight (or four) outcomes equivalent. Then all you need to do is turn it into a token and roll it! I hope you like it. This die graphic is for free use, you may use it in any campaign at any time and modify it to suit your needs, if you need to. In case you want a package of the files, you can get it here . It even contains a base without any lettering, if you so desire. Each graphic is 70x70.

Is the image you displayed here the only image needed to make 3d dice? If so, I should crank some out.
It's pseudo-3D (As in, it's a 2D image, but posed as a 3D image, with the outcome side facing up, top-down) but, if you want to turn it into a 3D dice or paste it on a D8, that's your choice. There's no known way (in my knowledge) to make this into 3D dice for Roll20. I'm not going to rule it out though..! All I did was made the images and show how to make use of it in Roll20, simply that. :)

That's cool James :) It occurs to me that a weather vane image with the directions would be a neat alternative to show the same thing.
If that's the case, you can probably find those images... or perhaps that can be a backdrop for the die face? I gave you the blank face for a reason. Feel free to edit as you please! I'm glad you like it too.

Nice dice, James. How many times must a man look up / before he can see the sky? Yes, and how many ears must one man have / before he can hear people cry? Yes, n' how many deaths will it take till he knows / that too many people have died? The answer, my friend, is blowin’ in the wind The answer is blowin’ in the wind
