Player can't move token

One of my players can't move their assigned token, when I give everyone the ability to move the tokens no other players can move it but the player with the defunct token can move the other players tokens when I give them control.

Is there anything strange about the player's name, like special characters, or a duplicate name to someone else? Try having them change their name to something simple and set that as the controlling player. If that doesn't work, can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem.
