Side quest downtime thread; Please read

So its come to my attention that certain characters would like some downtime so that they can work on side projects. Crafting and Research stuff. I don't want to tell one person they have more or less downtime available than someone else so going forward I'd like to assume that for every five days of space travel, all the characters rack up one day of downtime. Further it is assumed that the downtime is spread more or less evenly through the journey representing that each day you can be assumed to have at least 4.8 hours of leisure time when you are awake and instead of goofing off or doing personal training during those hours, you can instead perform item crafting, study Chaos, engage in tech research and experimentation or whatever. Does that seem fair? For the journey that ended in the Hadex Anomaly, each character has accumulated 24 days of downtime. If you aren't using the downtime for crafting items or doing research, you can cash in each day of downtime for 1 XP.
Additionally, any attempt to perform a Chaos ritual involving Khorne or Slaanesh in this section of the Hadex Anomaly gains a +20 (Stars are Right) bonus, takes 1d10 hours longer for each degree of success or 1 hour less for each degree of failure, and inflicts 1 Corruption point per degree of success or failure. Conversely, attempts to deal with Tzeentch or Nurgle suffer a -20 penalty. Each sentient sacrificed in the completion of such a ritual also inflicts 1 Corruption point to all ritual participants as usual.
