Vampire The Masquerade 2nd ed. character sheet.

I've tried to find another forum pertaining specifically to this issue but there doesn't seem to be any. I'm using the VTM 2nd ed character sheet and in the Fields: skills, knowledges, backgrounds, virtues, other traits and paths the field where you enter in the dots that record the stat are too long and wrap around making it difficult to match the trait with its value. The original designer added 8 dots for high level, low generation campaigns, but all the extra dots are too big to fit comfortably on the screen. I was wondering if there was some kins of resolution any one else has come across as I'm not a mentor and I can't alter the sheet to get rid of the extra fields so I was wondering if anyone else had a solution to this.

This is something I've been meaning to put time into to use on the Exalted sheet, letting me put basically any number of dots into the space taken up by five. I haven't done it for Exalted, but if someone wants to take the time to incorporate this into the Vampire sheet, they're of course more than welcome. Basically, instead of putting the radio buttons next to one another, they're stacked on top of each other. Button X is visible (where X is the current value), and button X+1 is on top of the stack but invisible. When you click on it, X+1 gets selected. (Also, once you've clicked on it to focus the button group, arrow keys can move you in the other direction.) Each button is being represented by an image, letting me do whatever I want for each.
