Sending Static Values to the Turn Tracker

Hi, I want to create a macro (or an API if necessary) to send a string to the initiative tracker. Example: Character can acton on phases 9, 6, 3, and 2. I want to click a button and send the token to the tracker with the values "9,6,3,2" Any suggestions on how I would implement this?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to have a roll result in a list like that, much less assign it to the turn tracker. It's trivial to do with the API though.
