I know you can sort handouts/characters etc within a folder, however is there an auto sort for the folders themselves? I am not a huge fan of whatever new folder I create being stuck right at the top, perhaps I am missing something?

Drag the folders using the +/- icon to left of the folder name. They can be arranged manually this way. No other sorting exists that I know of.

You can right click the name of a folder and choose Sort A-Z to get the contained items alphabetically sorted.
