[Question] Would I be able to change the graphic of a token when certain things happen?

Hey everyone, I know in the API intro video it showed tokens going "Bloodied" as they lost health, but would it be possible to change the graphic of the token to a different one? I do the "Retro" style tokens in the marketplace, and I've got a lot of different stances / poses for the characters, and I'd like to code something into the API that lets people use them. For example, when Initiative starts being tracked, I'd like to change the stance of the tokens to them holding weapons or in a fighting stance. Or like I said change the graphic from standing tall to weak and bloodied when they lose health. Is this at all possible before I delve into the code? Thanks!
Rollable tables. I won't be able to fully explain right now though.
Scott H., this might be useful for you, and I think it's what Melvin McSnatch is suggesting:&nbsp; <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Card_Decks_and_Rollable_Tables#Rollable_Tables" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Card_Decks_and_Rollable_Tables#Rollable_Tables</a> Rollable tables give you the ability to create "multi-sided" tokens.
